PROTÉGÉ's flexibility allows you to distribute music in up to eight rooms: the den, bedrooms, basement, outside entertainment areas, and even the master bathroom. You can choose to play the same song in every room, or you can simultaneously play different songs in different rooms to please everyone in the house.
Control Options
PROTÉGÉ can be fully controlled by an iPhone®, iPod touch® or iPad™. It can optionally be controlled by our 9-inch tabletop, or in-wall touch panels offered with TrueImage Control™ and GestureTouch™ navigation. All iPhone® and iPad™ control options run either the ROSIE Home Automation Application or ROSIE 4i Automation Application respectively available through the Apple® App Store.
Routing your music choices is as easy as tapping the screen of your iPhone®, iPod touch® or iPad™ to pick a room, “swiping” through a song or album list to select music from your iTunes® digital media server, and then tapping the selection to initiate play in the desired zones. The iPhone® and iPad™ applications also provides full two-way multimedia and multi-room audio control including searching by album artwork and independent volume and mute command of each zone.
