Savant’s TrueImage Control™ provides an intuitive user interface (UI) that allows the end-user to touch or swipe actual images of smart home products to initiate commands. Gone are the days of static icons of light bulbs or shades to represent services. With TrueImage Control, simply touch the actual light or shade in that room. Not only does the light in the room turn on or dim when the image of the light is pressed, but it also illuminates on the touch panel confirming the command. Virtually any smart home technology can be controlled with TrueImage including window shades and home theater rooms. TrueImage, literally, reflects the customer’s own personal tastes for décor and ambiance.
How It Works
Professionally shot images of each room are loaded into the ROSIE control platform, enabling users to navigate and control their home using TrueImage Control. For instance, the homeowner can employ a swiping action to the screen, resulting in the images of each room “scrolling” across the display until the desired room image appears. One room of the residence can be the “master” image, while all other rooms remain visible in a scroll box across the bottom of the screen that can be gestured left or right, much like using an iPhone®. Once the desired room is chosen as the “master” image, it is simply a matter of touching the actual image of an appliance on the screen to control its functions.
